CAA is a broadly based management and engineering consulting firm specializing in municipal services. Formed in 1984, the firm's mission is to provide support service to the public sector.

Close interaction and a sensitivity to our clients' needs has been vital to our success. We work closely with each client and additional quality control is provided by maintaining direct access from the Town Manager to a principal of the firm to assure that all services are properly delivered to the client and to evaluate our performance on a regular basis.

CAA's mission is to:

  • Adapt our service to the specific needs and preferences of our clients. Our first obligation is to the clients and residents we serve.
  • Respond to all requests with professionalism, enthusiasm and follow through.
  • Treat all residents with courtesy and respect no matter how difficult the situation.
